APPRAISAL SERVICES
Kevin Hromas is a nationally recognized expert in the field of property appraisals. At the request of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters in 2016, Mr. Hromas wrote the curriculum and conducts the training for the Certified Insurance Appraiser (CIA) and the Certified Insurance Umpire (CIU) designations offered exclusively by the NAIIA.

Mr. Hromas is fully qualified to handle appraisal appointments in every state in the US upon special request.
​
For a seamless process in conducting appraisals anywhere in the US, appointments may be made to Kevin Hromas & Associates and the actual field work will be conducted by a local member of the team who has completed the Certified Insurance Appraiser (CIA) designation.

All of the necessary paperwork for a successful resolution of the dispute will originate from a single, centralized source that fully complies with the local processes and procedures.
